Thank you for your help! I do sinus washes every day. I’ve also done them with antibiotics. My ears are still fine.
I do wonder if an incident 8 years ago led to this. I had a chemical reaction happen between pool chlorine chemicals. A cloud developed around me before I could run. I believe my problem started shortly after. The symptoms started slowly over time. I have the problem constantly. But morning is worse because I don’t blow my nose in my sleep. Ironically...I have only sneezed 4 times in over 4 years! I use to have terrible allergies until this started up.
