@nazleer You wake up in the middle of the night with a dry throat and then you cannot go back to sleep. You are looking to connect with members like @tim1028 @jal333 @johnbishop @lolaemma that have discussed a similar topic and receive suggestions.

May I ask if you have any diagnosed sleep issues like sleep apnea or other medical issues? Have you had a recent sleep study?

I posted a reply to you in the wrong place. I'll try again. I have not been diagnosed with sleep apnea. I take a number of medications for my diabetes.
