And I’m convinced 7% nebulized saline did the trick. (Accompanied by percussion vest vibration) And this forum is the place I learned of “The 7% Solution.“ “Don the indebted.”

poodledoc, I encourage you to incorporate foods Dr. Price found effective to join your K2 supplement. K2mk4 is a fat soluble vitamin and needs to be consumed with a fat. lasting about 6 hrs in the body because of the body's demand for it while K2MK7 lasts 24 hours.

About sleeping on wedges: Dr Huitt urged me for years to get an adjustable bed. She didn’t like wedges because, she said, you slide down as you sleep, reducing the benefits. With an adjustable bed, you also raise your knees, keeping you from sliding down. I finally bit the bullet, got rid of the wedge and, wow. So much better. The next time I saw Dr Huitt, I told her I finally listened to her advice.

Gwen Huitt told me she prefers everyone learn to sleep on their back to prevent reinfection . But for her many Mac patients who also have gERD, (me) it’s more important. So I learned to sleep on my back but I couldn’t do it for more than a couple of hours. So now I do both, sleep on my left side and my back and sometimes I just have to roll onto my right side.
