Sorry @dablues, I wanted to ask how much flaxseed and chia seeds you consume daily? Have you discussed this with your doctor? Do you take a blood thinner pill daily? Flaxseeds and chia seeds can act as a blood thinner which will increase bleeding potential in your body. Toni

I did not know that. I can't take blood thinners or celebrex for my arthritis due to AVM's. I don't measure how much I eat. I made a pudding with the chia seeds, and I ate 4 oz. I also made flaxseed and chia bread, but haven't had that too much. I never measured. Now I probably can't have that either and will have to go back to fiber pills.
