My rheumatologist prescribed amitriplyline for me too. I used it for six weeks and yes, I slept better. but during those six weeks I had three separate visual hallucinations.. so be aware... of course I seem to react to most drugs. Now all I can take without getting sick is Benadryl...

@maryflorida How are you doing I am going by to ask Dr about this The gabapentin just isn't working all the time maybe I need something else Benedryl always puts me to sleep so I use it at bedtime when needed
