Thanks for your reply... I usually sit up or walk around after eating or drinking, but I could have a slow emptying of stomach content since I take a 20 mg PPI twice a day...but it seems random, sitting back can start up a troubling episode or walking, or lying down, it’s maddening until these ectopics decide to run their course until next time...they seem to come and go whatever I’m doing.....and my recent GI endoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen and lower area seemed fairly unremarkable....

I just wanted to make sure that you knew that the constant use of PPI’s has shown to make you more susceptible to catching C-diff, and the reoccurrence of C-diff which is quite deadly. I found out the hard way and was surprised just how many Dr’s are not aware of it. The VA doubled my dose just before a reoccurrence that I still haven’t fully recovered from. Google PPI and C-diff and read about yourself. I think you’re going to be amazed at just how serious the connection is. People in our shape seldom survive it.

PPI's can cause magnesium depletion, which can cause heart arrhythmias. Google it, some scientific articles on it.
Good Luck
