I thought that I had responded to your question about how I take it, but I don’t see it here. I take a 25 mg full spectrum gelcap in the middle of the day, at least 4 hours after I have taken my morning medications. I have a bottle of the same full spectrum CBD tincture that I use if I can’t sleep. A few drops under my tongue. I use the topical on the many painful areas. I have found that my chronic pain has decreased quite a bit just from the capsules. The VA he’d me on 450 mg of morphine a day to control the pain! Now I only take some Tylenol when needed and a little topical on my lower back or whatever the pain is. I buy mine from “Populum because they have a high quality product and they give veteran’s a 40% discount.
I take a full spectrum oil from Populum orally under my tongue. I also have their 25mg capsules that I take if I’m out of the oil. It’s not like other arrhythmia medications that you don’t dare miss a dose, plus all of the side effects. I still take the carvedilol, just half what I used to take for heart failure.
