I am 65. I've had PVC's for many years on a sporadic basis. In 2016, something was different. Holter monitor picked up PVC's, atrial tachycardia and the more worrisome ventricular tachyardia. Metoprolol 12.5mg twiceaday has the situation nicely controlled. The tachycardias are heart electricity problems. I know PVCs and all the other arrythmias can be made worse when under stress. I only drink decaffeinated beverages now. I also try to walk most days. I believe that helps me but the betablocker (metoprolol) has been a godsend.

Thanks, I also am on metoprolol 25mg twice a day, with other BP Meds.....I am very grateful for all of the Meds and medical care I’ve received through the years...but my anxiety over these extended bouts is something I just can’t deal with lightly....still would love to know why these episodes start seemingly out of nowhere and then run their course....mystery to me..but glad you’re doing well..I walk also.
