Thanks, I'll get one of those packs. My last episode of icy feet was unbearable. Hope it does not get any worse. I put two heating pads around my feet, turned on the electric blanket, took pain pills and it still took two hours before I could fall asleep. Luckily I have only had about 4 of the icy feet so far in the last three weeks only.
