I find that a couple big puffs of smoke from a little pipe it's an instant result. It seems to immediately reduce the tingly and just call me down so I can tolerate it and it also makes me very sleepy. Hallelujah. Thank you God for making this medication that's so natural without any side effects. Smoking the stuff for 40 years going strong as it solves all my stomach pain and other issue problems. Had cancer and is great with chemo!

In the afternoon my pain usually starts to tingling and my feet feel cold. Adding warmth doesn't help but I start with Voltaren gel which helps a little for a while. Unfortunately, the pain sneaks up on me and b y dinner's end my toes are in excruciatingly pain. I put more Voltaren gel, take Robinorol, take Tramadol and gently wrap my feet in a warming pad. The evening and night are the worst. I often have to take more Tramadol and sleep med. In the morning my toes are warm and pain free. For a few hours I can forget about my feet.

I am just like you...been doing it since the 60's. It helps me get to sleep along with some Gabapentin. Seem to wake up with no pain.
As the day goes on I start to feel numbness like duct tape on the bottoms of my feet.
