1 workout a day vs several a day benefits
Hi
i want to know if 1 exercise a day (e.g 1 rep pushups) instead of a full strength training has the same benefits as doing the same workout but including other exercises in the same setting. In other words is spreading the exercises through out the week has the same benefits as doing all workouts in 1 day.

@fitnessask Cycling and swimming are such exercises that are mothing less than any full strength training. But it's quite impossible to go for a riding or swimming session in a busy corporate life. Correct? But a portable recumbent bike can fulfill this need. Pedaling session with a recumbent bike once everyday can be the best alternative to hitting out a gym daily.
Doing a full workout, like circuit training gives the added benefit of some cardio. But if you feel that your body can only handle one exercise per day, just do that. ANY exercise is a bonus. Add chair yoga for excellent stretching.
