Hi jk thanks for the reply
I am asking about exercises not more workouts.

For example if today i have "leg day" workouts and it has total of 10 exercises I want to know if spreading these exercises throughout the day be as beneficial as doing them in 1 setting.

Sorry i am having trouble articulating my question.
In retrospect i probably need to change the title.
Thanks

Does not matter how you do it- along as you are doing- I spread them throughout the day and I feel for myself it’s more beneficial doing that way. I hate must do ex Er use and that’s helps not Thst way. I do leg and ankle leaning against to move my whole leg and feet back and forth and stretch up. I do so to speak push up against the small weight up and down bits.. putting ropes around and on door- help me do up and down pulling myself up- Walking my one hour with the goal of at least 4000 steps a day. ( usually ends being 8000 to 24,000 before the horror) . I learned some of due to Rehab when I did a bad fall and thought it was a cane and me for the rest of my life . I am walking better than expected and no cane. There are great stuff on internet for low impact chair to more extensive bits. It is essential to move all parts of your body as much you can. Weight bearing with one soup can on each hand-etc. take care all
