1 ReactionLove the Coyote! I've been watching for snakes here. I run the trails, the snakes hibernate for winter, in the spring, they have their babies and exit - hungry and grouchy. I asked a friend, an elderly farmer, what date the snakes would wake up - he said 'when we've had at least a week of temperatures in the 60's and above'. We've had that now. I'm from the southwest, we had rattlesnakes. Here they have copperheads. Peggy

2 ReactionsHi, @pfbacon, I live in the southwest and a fairly nearby regional town has an annual rattlesnake "roundup" with a huge snake bar-b-que as its finale. Need I say that that is one bar-b-que I Never plan to attend????? Best to you and all.
