Foot neuropathy: What gives you relief?
It seems if I get enough activity/exercise daily I don’t have pain; if not, am awakened from sleep and must get up (even in the middle of the night). What’s going on & what more should I do to avoid rest-disruption?

@lorirenee1 I also have not received my conolidine yet ordered it almost 3 weeks ago .
@lorirenee1 Thanks so much for the update. I hope it arrives soon and I’m praying that it helps you!

@lioness Hi! I hope its not a scam company! Please post when you take start trying the Conolidine, and I will too. Hope you are feeling ok. So hard, this pain! Lori Renee
@klro001 Kia, I hope your legs are ok!!! I was thinking about you, in general. When I get the Conolidine, I think I will write a major post....a discussion topic, for everyone to see. I think everyone here needs to see it! So look to see it as a separate post!!! Be well. Lori Renee
I have a question open to anyone! I do not remember anyone mentioning foot/leg cramps! I have had periodic painful foot cramping at night which has recently worsened along with pain on my right foot which wakes me at night and after massaging and walking it out I have to try to stay in the same position in bed or it will rebound. I take magnesium 2xday and drink plenty of water. Anyone have any advice? I’m hoping it is temporary 😕
@helennicola - my wife gets severe leg cramps infrequently and hers is remedied fairly fast by drinking a large glass of water. Me thinks she drinks too much coffee during the day. The cramps might be due to some other mineral imbalance or problem. I found a reference that may help with some ideas.

Sounds about right!
Thanks so much John for your research. There were many suggestions for me to try, hopefully one will work. I’m glad your wife finds relief by drinking water, you may be right about the coffee though, I could also stand to cut back. Helen
Hi, @helennicola - leg cramps I've experienced have not been in the context of neuropathy, but rather in scuba diving and then in pregnancy, at night in bed. We were taught a certain method of massage for leg cramps in scuba class that really helps a ton, and it's done by a person other than yourself (as cramping can be somewhat incapacitating, and even dangerous if you are scuba diving.) I looked for a great video for this and was not finding one readily with any detail or with massage given by someone other than yourself, unfortunately.
Hi @lisalucier, I used to get the occasional leg cramps/charley horses but now it is just foot cramps, along with a more intense burning and redness in the toe area and pain on the side of the foot, this has occurred with both feet but not at the same time. I do have a neuro appt. later this month so I will see what the dr. thinks. Thanks for your response. I always wanted to try scuba diving, never got up the nerve to learn! Helen
