@gaylea1 I am still limping and have not yet been able to return to my health club. It will be three months on the 21st. I believe if you have osteoporosis it takes longer to heal too, and the catch here is that lack of exercise makes osteoporosis progress more.

@contentandwell I believe the femur is a very strong b9ne and that healing a break is timely and painful. Hugs to you dear friend. The exercises for osteo are limiting.
