Bump in the middle of my upper lip

I have have had this bump on the center of my upper lip for a few months now. It does not cause any pain or redness however has grown slightly in size since I’ve first noticed it. I tried popping it recently so it looks to be irritated in the picture above. I have not had any contact with someone with HSV etc.

@mrbenz96, Have you contacted a doctor or dermatologist? I think that should be your first step.
