Is this something you have been diagnosed with?
Yes. I have been diagnosed with this. They are recommending that I have my right middle lobe removed (losing 30% of my lung function).
This link is concerning childhood RMLS. I've been diagnosed as an adult. I cannot find anywhere that specializes in adult RMLS.
