HI, @trellg132 - sorry to hear your stuffiness in one side of your nose has not gotten any better.
I thought I'd bring in some other members who have talked about nasal stuffiness/nasal flushes/sinus issues to see if they might have any thoughts for you, like @windwalker@ling123@heathert@pamelacelia@becsbuddy to see if they have any input on dealing with a general stuffy nose.
Do you have any thoughts on what might have prompted one side of your nose to be all stopped up for a number of days, trellg132, like allergies, cold, sinus infection, other? Can you breathe out of that side of your nose at all?
Sorry, I'm not able to answer the question as I don't have stuffy nose. What I've been having is post-nasal drip most likely caused by allergies. It has gotten much better after a period of allergy shot treatment.

@trellg132 Hello again. You just said that your face swells up and you get pressure and a headache. You may want to get an appointment to see your doctor. You may have a sinus infection. Will you call your doctor or go to an urgent care? (not an ER!). Let us know!
@trellg132 I have sinus headaches you can tell since it is mainly over your eyes so I take a Sudafed for mine OTC If your face swells up its like @becsbuddy said maybe a sinus infection , go see your Dr.

Hi @trellg132 I have always had a blocked right nostril, I now use a nasal spray called Alanase and take antihistamines and it had been great for me, except sometimes in spring when it still blocks occasionally, I think it is a mix of pollen and temperature changes. Good luck with a solution for you.
Yes swells up over my cheeks and wearing glasses don't help lol

I have a doctor appointment coming up soon
Thats great, @trellg , another reason for my nose was hormones and stress or anxiety. All the best for the Drs
