How do you deal with dry eyes?

Yes, Bruder seems a bit pricey, but seems to work. Also, when I gently washed it as directed, somehow the properties seemed to change a little, so I always test the heat carefully before applying. Dr. also suggested "OCuSOFT Lid Scrub plus Platinum" eyelid cleanser. But I believe it is because he said I had some blepheritis (which was a surprise to me). However, whenever I used it, it stung my eyes, so I discontinued it. (BTW, is it OK to use brand names? or should we not do so?).

@tennisgolf I use just baby soap on my eyelids it makes them feel a lot better . I dip a swab in the soap and clean them then rinse makes a difference . I'm going to look for the Thermalon for the eyes . I know a warm washcloth feels good . Thanks

@tennisgolf My doctor suggested washing my eyelids with baby shampoo. Its effective and no tears.

Hi Libertyusa.
I’ve had a nasty eye experience fr a few yrs running after camping by a river and forgot my contacts.
Sulpher based spa helps a ton.
Daily baby shampoo n a q-tip to wash lids is a Godsend.
At night I use castor oil on lashes ( antibacterial).
Makes lashes grow too.
Good luck, feel better
