I have been struggling with this for 10 years. Sinus washes don't work because of all the swelling (water gets trapped) and topical steroids have never worked.

ok thankyousorry but I have lived a similar experience with my nose and this is my process for me .I am sorry it doesn't help you all I can suggest is see mayo clinic ENT and see what they can recommend
