@sundance6, I have taken both Chair Yoga (which does not require getting on the floor [two TKR] and getting up), as well as Tai Chi. Both are wonderful in terms of stretching , flexibility, and balance. Both give you an incredible workout. Make sure you find an instructor that will allow you to work at your own pace and ability. We are all in different spots on the path to wellness.

Is Tai chi expensive to take ?

Thanks for the info! It is a must to let them know! I know I did some work in my yard today and how it affected me. Reseted for a bit then did a little more. Pretty tired tonight.
