Many seizures, extreme anxiety

So almost 2 weeks ago I picked up my script Amitryptiline which i take for sleep. Last saw it on the couch, before my son got home from school i think I hid it somewhere and dont remember where I put it. The reason I hid it (i think) is my husband was gonna come by and pick me to go to the store and my son (hes 13) and his friend were going to be here and i didnt want them to see it just laying on couch. So i havent taken it in almost 2 weeks and i also have epilepsy and take Briviact, Onfi, Lyrica, Buspar(anxiety) and medical cannibas for epilepsy. I have been having many seizures..complex partials, extreme anxiety, racing thoughts, alot about dying whether its me, or my husband, my sons, my chihuahua, my mom...somebody close to me and it just wont stop!! My heart feels like its going to jump out of my chest, its just a roller coaster of ups and downs all day all night long. I dont work because of my uncontrolled seizures and im home all day by myself. Ive torn my house apart looking for that med. My memory is awful from having brain surgery, seizures, the meds im on doesnt help at all im sure. Ive talked to my neuro about it to see if theres anything she can do for me or have any suggestions and...nothing! I cant get it refilled until April 2nd. Im trying to get through this until then but I dont know how much longer I can do this..has this happened to anybody else? The buspar doesnt do anything the medical cannabis does absolutely nothing for my seizures anxiety..im so scared!!!! Thank you in advance for letting me ramble on. Please help!!!

@crstyday40 - I'm so sorry that you lost your pills. When you really need something and lose it it feels like a missing limb. Will your dr. give you any samples? Does this medicine stop your seizures? Could your medicine be in a pocket or your car or near the path to your car?

@merpreb She hasnt said anything about giving me samples or what i could do. Nothing has stopped my seizures, and ive been on every med made for seizures. Been having them for 20 yrs. Im 40 yrs old...started having them after i had my 2nd son..was told in the beginning i was just having panic attacks..but i was losing bladder control every time and would say and do things and not remember any of it. Found out 6 yrs later after changing docs that theybwere seizures! Was put on everything over a few years with no help, then neuro thought a VNS would help, got it in 09, doesnt help. I still use it everyday! Even if it doesnt stop them i just like to think its doing something..went to an epitilolgist and found out i had an abnormality on my right temperol lobe..had surgery to remove it, and then found out i have an abnormality on my hippocampus. Just been adding this med to that one increasing the dosage then adding more meds..been that way for the last 8 yrs now. Started having trigeminal neuralgia and was prescribed the Lyrica which has helped. But, i dont have a car, i had walked to our walmart to get my med that day and my husband has tried to help me look for it as well...im thinking i must've hid it really really good...i really have looked everywhere...when we got home my oldest son (19yrs.old) was home with hus friend who are both known to smoke marijuana...so I had wondered if maybe they found it and took it..i did ask my son about it and he said he hadnt seen it..when he left i searched all through his room!! No luck!! I feel like im rambling on and on and I apologize for this being so long, just trying to explain everything! I had read on some kind of forum about Amitryptiline withdrawals and it can cause extreme anxiety but i dont know what I can do to stop it!! I love to crochet and listen to music but my anxiety for whatever reason is not subsiding. Do you or anybody have any suggestions? Im so desperate for help!! Please!! Thank you!!

@merpreb My neuro just emailed me and said she was going to call in some amitriptyline, enough to get me going till Im able to get my full refill on April 2nd...so hopefully this will help and get me back to normal! Fingers crossed! I wasnt hearing back from her and know she's busy so I turned here for help out of desperation. Thank you for responding so quickly! Hope you have a good day!

@merpreb I did for 2yrs with no success..just had an appointment with my medical marijuana doctor and she suggested i try different strains with low thc..but i already had right before she suggested that and told her about it and im only doing the vape now, its like the oil was like i was taking a vitamin. It really had no affect on me at all. I can feel something from the vape but it still hasnt stopped my seizures at all! I think the thc percentage is 13% but im not certain about that. I dont understand because I heard all these great things about it and how it helps but for some reason it just doesnt seem to do me any good 😐 ...nothing has. You would think 3 seizure meds and canabiss that I would be seizure free but no. Makes me very depressed!!!!
