@mahnoorra I have been following Pahla B Fitness in YouTube. She does workouts for women "of a certain age". One thing she says she has learned is that as we get into menopausal age that we need to workout more moderately. When we workout too aggressively it stresses our bodies causing us to retain the weight.
I don't know your age, but this could be something to think about for you.

Hi @jodeej, I'm going to take a look at the Pahla B Fitness on YouTube. I'm assuming that my local Y might be closing soon due to the virus problem and I'll need some program to do at home. Won't be as much fun but I'll need to do something.
What do you like most about Pahla B Fitness?
