I trust you know that migraines - a brain, i.e. neurological condition - can produced dizziness that can last from minutes to days and is often confused with ENT issues. (You might want to look up vertiginous or vestibular migraines). In fact, may neurological problems present with dizziness, balance problems and other symptoms that are frequently misdiagnosed as anxiety, or ENT woes.
