@debbraw The pizza looks delicious, and I’m very impressed that he knows how to throw it up in the air! I too made a pizza this weekend, the first time in years. Unfortunately the crust didn’t get cooked enough so we put the pieces back in the oven directly on the rack. It was OK but not up to the standards I set years ago when I used to make great deep dish pizzas. We called them “Super Bowl” pizzas because I always made them for game time dinner.
