My stomach is round and bloated, and it makes me look pregnant
I have been having problems with my stomach for quite a while now.
My stomach is always round and bloated ,as if i am pregnant.
I have pain most days and have severe cramps and vaginal muscle cramps/contractions during my period. I also bleed a lot.
I eat healthy, take multivitamins and drink water and no sodas or fruit drinks just fruits and veggies. I know most people have flatter stomachs even those who don't eat as well as me.
I have done research and have come to some conclusions that could fit. I think i might have a uterine fibroid or cyst, something that is making my stomach big.
I also have ugly stretchmarks even though i have never been pregnant and am not pregnant, but at times it looks like it.
If anyone has anything similar or knows anything,i would really appreciate the feedback.

Thanks for your prayers. I truly appreciate it. Elaine
I don't see anything that there is lactose in Boost but I suspect that the lactose-free ice cream I have been eating must have it because I have bloating and distention right after I eat it. Taking Lactaid doesn't seem to help. So many things that say lactose-free still have milk in them. Elaine
Hi Elaine, I have the same results. Anything dairy has lactose in it even though they say something is lactose free. And, the Lactaid doesn't help. Probably a good idea to stop the lactose-free ice cream. Hope you can find something you can eat! Lelia
@beanglow @ contentandwell I have to avoid dairy and gluten. There are several non-dairy "ice cream" substitutes that really are good. My favorites are the ones made with coconut "milk" like So Delicious.
