I have Leaky Gut Syndrome, because I have Microscopic Colitis, (MC). My symptoms are Brain Fog, chronic explosive diarrhea at times,muscular pain of the abdomen and fatigue. There is a good site for this if you think you have MC or LC. Seems we all low in Magnesium and Vitamin D. We try to control this monster disease by diet. The less drugs you take the better!
