Depression really setting in
Things have been rough the past couple of months with My health. Seeing as there doesn't seem to be a light at the end if this tunnel I have found myself slipping further into depression. I no longer enjoy anything, I am barely sleeping or eating, I feel like I am watching my life through a fig that just keeps getting thicker. I seem to cry more and more each day. I went to see a therapist today hoping that it would help but it was just a consult and I think it made things worse because it brought up things that I worked really hard to push back. I feel like I am drowning and there is no way to come out of it and I just was hoping that there was help out there.

@gingerw thank you I haven't heard from her
What's tapping?
I am 2 weeks post op and according to my surgeon these symptoms I have been having are not related to my surgery. I just keep getting told that they don't know what's wrong with me and it's just getting worse. I don't know how else to get better if no doctor's can help me and that has made me loose hope

@lioness, @becsbuddy- Since @hgarm is active on this post it's always better to address her and tell her how you feel instead of someone else. PM is always available for more personal messages.
Maybe say something like: I feel so badly for you @hgarm, may I give you a lesson?
@merpreb Thank you again for all you do.
@hgarm It can be disheartening when those in the healthcare profession invalidate you. Do you have a therapist? Surprised the doctors have not asked this so presuming you do. It does take time to bounce back from a surgery and everyone responds differently to trauma placed on the body. It could be that there is nothing more they can do. Are you taking care of yourself by eating healthy and doing some moving to keep your blood moving, drinking plenty of water? Sounds trivial but it is important.
Due to my medical issues I am not really able to eat at all, I get severe stomach pains when I eat that usually have me on the ground screaming and things have gotten worse with that so I am barely existing I have lost 26 pounds since Christmas
I will look into tapping anything that will help is appreciated at this point because I don't know how much longer I can hold on
@hgarm- I think that we have discussed your weight loss before. Did you ever see a GI doctor? You've had a lot of problems since your gallbladder removal. Several of us have recommended that you go to the emergency room immediately but you didn't want to. Are you eating anything at all? Are you drinking water?
