Happy Holidays
December is the month of holidays. I hope that those of Jewish faith, had a wonderful Hannukah celebration. For those of you who celebrate Christmas, I wish you a merry one. For all others, peace and goodwill. I am posting this sparkling tree to symbolize all of us. Each light on the tree represents each of us. Together, we shine!

@esssbeee Wishing you luck at NJH!
@windwalker Yes we have summer here which is nice for Xmas, -2 celcius sounds very very cold we only get that temp in the early morning if there is a frost. So glad you had a fun Xmas with your family. Doing up houses sounds like lots of fun, Choosing the new colours would be great, show us some pics when you are done.
@windwalker Hi Terri - So glad you were able to take a short pause in your refurb to relax with family. I couldn't have done it without my husband and daughter, because by the time our guests left each time (3 gatherings in 5 days!) I was completely worn out. I have also learned to simplify - gone are the days of many, many dishes and decorations. We had a simple buffet, my sister brought part of the food, and a few cookies. But yesterday was awesome - my niece and nephew came with their small children, so my grandsons had playmates - but what chaos with 5 under the age of 5 for several hours. And my kids and their cousins had a blast recalling their childhood antics - so much laughter. Thank goodness all of these parents believe in early bedtime for their children, so we had no hysterical overly tired melt-downs. We are blessed.
Thank you so much!
Thanks for the positive thoughts! It will be peace of mind to hear from the experts.
