Thanks for sharing this info about the relationship between Lupus and pleural effusion. I will definitely bring this up with my new internist when I see her in early October. I looked up Lupus on the Mayo web site and was surprised to learn that I actually have many of the symptoms. Not that I’d be happy to learn that I have another chronic condition, but it is always a bit of a relief to learn the underlying cause of recurring problems and that there may be treatment to help you feel better.
