In fact I need to hear from specialists the possibility of treatment before having an appointment .But at the same time I don’t know to hear the specialist opinions

No two patients are alike, and it would be unfair to you for me to try to answer this question.

I encourage you to make contact to the Mayo Clinic with your question about a second opinion. You will be able to talk with someone who will be able to answer your questions. They will likely ask you questions to connect you with the appropriate department who will be qualified to guide you forward.
