@sissieann Hello.I've had CKD for 8 years, 4 years on Hemodialysis then a kidney transplant 4 years ago. At present I too am at stage 4, Crea 2.67 eGFR 20. So I'm not a good advertisement for Ramipril, it being one of the 3 meds I take for BP but Ramipril is supposed to be safer than lisinporil. My BP is good though.
