Entire spine hurts - Due to Fibromyalgia?

I have severe back pain, all narrowing of vertebrae, mild bulging discs, scoliosis, 8 shots at once made it worse. I lay on back with a couple pillows, at top of spine only way to control pain. Lucky I don't have a job because sitting in a chair kills my back even with a lot of pillows.

@anniemaggie I know ,i dont like to take them either and lately I,ve been taking more but I also rely on ice as its anti-inflammatory and then put a heating pad on this brings blood to service and it just feels good.When Im hurting all over from fibromyalgia I take a hot 🚿 feels good I usually stay in longer then 10 minutes dont tell the water patrol lol Feel better
