Dear Lionness: Yes, my last mri showed 2 bulging disks and pinched nerves and you are correct as I have been lucky to have a great chiropractor who helps much. But, there is still pain and just to lie suffering hopefully waiting for the pain to subside is about all I can do as I do not want to get hooked on pain meds. Dear Lionness, there are many of us who suffer as you do and we cry for you. You are not alone, as we are here with you. With great caring for you, peach.

@peach414144 Thank you for your kind words I was just at my chiropractor today again he treated me for my vertigo I,ve been having ,working on my cranial nerve I'm grateful for him ,my neck feels much better not as sore I'm keeping my fingers crossed .He did tell me to put heat on as this brings healing so it felt good..

I have severe back pain, all narrowing of vertebrae, mild bulging discs, scoliosis, 8 shots at once made it worse. I lay on back with a couple pillows, at top of spine only way to control pain. Lucky I don't have a job because sitting in a chair kills my back even with a lot of pillows.
