Dear Lionness: Yes, my last mri showed 2 bulging disks and pinched nerves and you are correct as I have been lucky to have a great chiropractor who helps much. But, there is still pain and just to lie suffering hopefully waiting for the pain to subside is about all I can do as I do not want to get hooked on pain meds.
