Yes I was told it was anxiety also they put me on gabapentin and Valiums and I still have them 24/7 this is been going on a little over 3 months well it's hitting the four-month mark almost now no help no diagnosis ugh

@cathy514 How long have you had internal vibrations?

Did you ever get a diagnosis? I haven't started yet. I have had for about 6 most and also have tinnitus. Both are nerve racking.

I have had internal vibrations, from head to foot, for 4 1/2 year. In the past year, my upper thigh muscles have begun to ache. They are very sore. My eyesight is also being impacted. I also have tinnitus. It began at the same time as the internal vibrations. No diagnosis. However, I also had a cerebral venous sinus thrombosis and a dural arterial venous fistula in my brain. I believe it is likely the clot and fistula caused some nerve trauma or damage and may be contributing to the internal vibrations.

Hi, It only just now occurred to me to search body vibration online. I've had it about a month, mostly in my feet and legs but it moves up into my body, arms and hands. I don't visibly shake but it sure feels like it. I also feel very tense when it gets bad.
I have found that sports supplements do help. Multi minerals, sodium.
They last about 4 hours. I've been taking one called "Youth & Tonic" (I think they have a website) at ~9:30 AM and again ~9:30 PM. My Dr said I could take them twice a day, I asked.
My brother has them too but he was exposed to Agent Orange in Viet Nam. He started taking a Zinc supplement. Says the vibrations are less and he is sleeping better. So trying non-meds may be the way to go,
I am a jewelry artisan but I think I'll have to give it up because when the vibration in my hands gets bad I don't have fine motor control which is so very necessary.
Good Luck to you. I hope you find a way to get some control so you're free of the vibrations for at least part of the day.

I have had them for 15 years. Eliminated gluten and lactose - no more tremors. Been good for two years, except when I mess up and eat a piece of cheese and tremors return.

I posted a lengthy reply on another post but saw yours. I also have tinnitus. It is very frustrating because not one doctor could diagnose me.

Did your symptoms ever get better? I have tinnitus 24/7 and occasional internal vibrations. Neuro thinks I'm crazy.

i just wake up to my right hand internal vibration for about a hour or less only in morning, then it passes i went to my neurologist. he didnt know. i had a mid cases of transverse myelitis 20 years ago but the symptoms never changed since my first bout 20 or more years. i gad general anxiety take xanax .5 3x a day 25 years. helps little, tinnitus 20 years but used to that... this new wakening in the morning scares me. i went to endchronologist but nothing?

Same here, I have the internal tremors now for 3 weeks with Tinnitus that Ive also had for about 5 years now. Since having the tremors the pitch has changed to an even louder pitch and now Ive been having some eye twitching as well. Im sure If I tell my primary again he is going to shove it off and say its more than likely Anxiety.
