Well, please do it asap! It makes no sense for you to be getting no relief if there’s something they can change to help you relieve your pain! I know sometimes things feel overwhelming when pain is ever present, but you need to keep slogging on! Maybe ask a friend or trusted family member to accompany you for emotional support?
Don’t wait, do it. For your own sake!
