My mother in law is a pharmacist, and she brought me CBD oil cream, gummies, and capsules from the Green Roads brand. It’s carried in the small town pharmacy she works in and she swears by it for her own pains. Green Roads doesn’t contain THC, and it is pharmacist formulated. The doses are accurate, compared to CBD items produced in a smoke/vape shop.. I’ve been experimenting with CBD, for my pains from neuropathy, erythromelalgia (EM) and Ocular Migraines. I’ve found a 10mg gummy to help with everyday pain, and it provides mild relief from EM. A 25mg capsule will help with more severe overnight pain and, allow sleep. However, it also makes me groggy the next day. Effectiveness/dosage will vary from person to person, so you have to see what works for you. It is confusing with the number of products out there. I wouldn’t have tried it at all, except I trust my MIL. She’s very smart, ethical, and well informed. Overall, I’m finding some relief, and planning to fine tune the doses/types of products I use. Green Roads carries different oil variants, some which are more helpful with pain/anxiety, etc. Hope this helps.

I actually wish I knew of a cbd oil that made me feel more "out of it," when I need to just totally chill out because of bad pain. Do you know of one? I drive with pretty bad pain most of the time. Hi Lori Renee, you may want to try actual capsules versus gummies. Green Roads gummies that I’ve tried tend to be either 5mg or 10mg CBD products. The capsules are available as a 25mg dose. Again, you’d have to try it and see what works for you. The main side effect I’ve felt is drowsiness. So, I only take capsules before bedtime. Living with chronic pain is not easy. I have carpel tunnel and I use CBD oil on my hands when they hurt. It works for awhile
