Has anyone used CBD oil or anything similar for use in relieving Neuropathy?

Chris, do you put under tongue or rub it on? I just paid $55 for 1 ounce! Didn’t do anything! 3-1 ratio

@wilcy, I am a bit confused. You are using Kratom for neuropathy according to your reply. You also asked how to use the P & B Releaf Balm, as a tincture or topical and told us that it didn't do anything for the 3-1 ratio. So instead of trying to go back and forth to figure your sequencing, may I just say that everyone is different. And maybe we are not talking about the same product. I just opened a 3:1 box and it said $33. So that is a difference right there. I applied the Releaf Balm after a shower and cannot feel the pins and needles in my hands at this moment. May you find something that works like that for you. Be safe and protected. Chris
Am new to this! Used cbd by mouth first! ( Colorado Cures) , nothing! Per primary doctor, told me to get medical marijuana license as nothing for my spinal stenosis worked! Started vaping different brands of flower. Really strange what it does to you! Most will really space you out! I don’t like that but helps with feet! They also made me want to eat everything in house! Can’t do that as more weight will make back worse! Did research for days and found one strand called Durban poison! Works great, se very small amount , it doesn’t space me out! It motivates you ! Am actually cleaning house! Yes, we are all different! Just found that cbd you use about 20 miles from here! May try it!
@wilcy, I found your CBD from Colorado Cures. That site has a good explanation of the products and the processes. It does not have medical marijuana also called medical cannabis.
Therefore, for pretty acute neuropathy needle pain the Colorado Cure might not perform as well as a medical marijuana product.
If you personally use or used the Sativa strain, Durban Poison, with three cannabidiol components of which THC is the highest with 24%, you know quite a bit about this industry.
Be well. Chris
Vaping Durban poison! Stops my appetite! Bought my cbd from dispensary, they told we what to buy! May try your oil! Have neuropathy in feet and for some reason it’s lot worse driving!
I use a CBD oil and it is helping my feet and also my heel pain…
I have been recently diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy. I have burning pain on the bottom of my feet and heel pain. I'm interested in your CBD type and dosage – can you share this information?
Hi, I do take CBD oil, however truthfully I find it rather ineffective. I trust the health benefits claims around reducing inflammation etc but I don’t see any real benefits, especially with pain. This is with pure CBD oil with a very low concentration of THC at 0.07%. I have also tried Indica CBD oil with 25mg/ml total THC – the highest concentration of THC you can get to aid with sleep and pain but again this does very little for me. Gabapentin helps me sleep so I can at least forget about the pain for awhile (400mg) at night but does next to nothing for pain control in the waking hours. I have yet to find the magic lotion, potion, cream, pill, food, exercise, routine or anything that actually helps. Good luck to you. Please share if you come across something that works. Take care
I've used it for Small Fiber Poly-Peripheral Neuropathy. My SFN problem started 12 years ago so I have a huge toolbox to help me. I've used CBD for some other aches and pain related to neuropathy and some of the balms do give relief. Others in the house have used it on muscle aches and say it's very effective. However, all CBD Oils are not the same. There is a online site Calle http://www.leafly.com they are for all things cannabis plant. You can do some research there, and there was a recent article listing the CBD oil claims by companies versus actual CBD percentages in the oil.
Hi. I've been taking CBD oil for the past year or so. I order mine from a supplier called Spectrum Cannabis. It's a 40 ml bottle, which contains less than 1.0 mg/ml THC; 20.0 mg/ml CBD. I usually take 0.4 ml 3 times per day. I find it effective in reducing the pain to a manageable level.
Wow that amazes me that a low strength CBD would be effective. Great. My sublingual CBD is either 1000mg or 1500mg.
Goodmorning @demonsleeve, Thank you for your post with a reference to Leafy. It is a good resource. You are also so correct that there are a plethora of CBD options and the lack of legality nationwide leads to inadequate or no regulation of growing and production practices for many products with potential for quality of life improvement.
I am using a 1 ml dosage of 1:1 CBD/THD 3 or 4 times a day. It just makes pain and discomfort manageable. Life is more enjoyable and I can contribute to my own quality of life in a non-threatening way. I have both chronic myofascial pain syndrome (MPS) and small fiber neuropathy (SFPN).
May you be free of suffering and the causes of suffering.
What brand of 1:1 CBD do you take?
My best advice is that there is currently no known cure for neuropathy and managing symptoms is the best we can do. I will always regret the fact that I was not warned prior to undergoing chemo-therapy. Had I known the risk I would never have taken chemo in the first place.
