Hi Lori Renee, you may want to try actual capsules versus gummies. Green Roads gummies that I’ve tried tend to be either 5mg or 10mg CBD products. The capsules are available as a 25mg dose. Again, you’d have to try it and see what works for you. The main side effect I’ve felt is drowsiness. So, I only take capsules before bedtime. Living with chronic pain is not easy.
