Yes and yes. This is my story. I can't believe you took the words right out of my mouth. I did buteyko as well. I have constant flare ups. Sometimes I'm fine for weeks. It's so mysterious. And I visited er many times when I thought I was choking. But vital signs were fine. I can't get a deep breath.
