A lot of people think that pneumonia should be cleared up with antibiotics. Sometimes more medicine is needed or a different medicine is needed. And sometimes symptoms linger because of the damage the strain of bacteria or virus causes. I can take a long time to heal. A few years ago I was hospitalized for pneumonia and it took months after that for me to feel human again. How long has it been since you stopped your last medicine for pneumonia?
