I have been taking PPIs like rabeprazole but to no avail! I wonder if it is gerd or anxiety or some lung disorder!

So you have pain, a knot, between shoulder blades when eating (could be the acid issues)
You have acid problems for which you are taking a -prazole

And about 10 days ago you developed breathing issues that sometimes can go away for a couple days.

I wonder too if you have an allergy.

When I had similar symptoms a doctor prescribed Prilosec which didn't work. I had asthma, sensitivity to smells and chemicals, acid reflux, vocal chord spasm, anxiety, insomnia, indigestion...and a bunch of other symptoms. Magnesium cleared all that crap up. Google acid reflux and magnesium. Drug store brand is fine. Start slow and work your way up. You might also want to try Mylanta which is a heartburn medicine available at the drug store.
