Biotin is vitamin B7. It’s supposed to help growth and thickness. After my transplant I lost a lot of hair. I don’t know if the biotin helped or that my hair would’ve grown back on it’s own, but it seems to be as it was before surgery or maybe even better. I’ve now got wavy hair, which I’ve never had before. ??
