You will see a tab that says Groups; Click on Groups.

Scroll down and click the group you want to post in. I assume you want to post in the ENT group. I have this group link below.

Below are more detailed answers on how to start a new discussion.
1.Click on the group that you would like to start a new discussion in (i.e. Chronic Pain, Cancer, etc.)

2.From the Group’s homepage, click on the grey box that reads START A DISCUSSION. It is located just under the blue DISCUSSIONS tab.

3.Type a brief title, but be descriptive so that other members know exactly what you will be discussing.

4.Type your message. This is where you can type in more detail about what you are experiencing or have questions about.

5.In the bottom right corner from where you just typed your message, click the grey CREATE DISCUSSION box.
