Stop smoking panic attacks.
I am hoping someone can help me with this. I have been trying to stop smoking again. I thought I was doing good, like I always do. I was wearing the smoking patch and have been on them for over 2 weeks. Yesterday I had a panic attack. This seems to happen every time I try and quit smoking which takes me right back to smoking. I thought for sure I would make it this time. Does anyone have any suggestion as to what to use to help me with these panic attacks while trying to quit? I was on Wellbutrin before and it help me to quit but a month hit of being on it and I started getting very mean and bad thoughts so had to get off of it. Any and all suggestions appreciated.

Yes the headaches too
@trellg132- Oh, that's tough. Can you call your PCP and ask to speak to her/his assistant and ask about these symptoms? I'm not a doctor and right now I really don't know if these symptoms are normal even after 2+ months or not. Maybe she'll think that you need an appointment?
I am agreeing with Merry, if you have a sore throat and headaches for 2 months. You should call your doctor. I am curious did you have a sore throat or headaches before you quit? Or did they start after?
No I haven't I should try that
No they started after I quit
Its not two months yet more like 1.5 months
Like two weeks after I quit
If you were my husband, son or daughter, I would have you gargle with warm saltwater three times a day. But I would also tell you to call and make an appt. today is Friday, make the appt. that way you can go into the weekend knowing you are doing something about it.
@trellg132 - I agree with @ auntieoakley. And if the salt warm water helps then you can cancel it. You can google it too, and find out how much salt to water.
Ok I will rite now
