Hi I was also plagued with this type of shock in my head and chest which kept me awake most of the night. After reading what you wrote about calcium I decided to give it a go. Within 2-3 days this 'shocking had more or less disappeared as had the horrible pain and restlessness in my legs. For the past 6 months I've been sleeping like a log and actually feel better now than I've done in the last 10 years. Many thanks to you.
My 36 year-old son has an autoimmune disorder caused by high levels of mold at his father’s house that started years ago and is still not remediated! He’s been living with me to get out of the mold for 2 years. He hates it here, but I’m retired and can take care of him. He complains of vibrations and shakiness all the time, among a plethora of other things. It’s heartbreaking. I had it before, but his isn’t going away, and was exacerbated by Covid which seemed to start his entire body on fire, or something. I’m going to follow the Covid recovery group.
Have they tested your calcium levels? Calcium is necessary for the movement of the muscles, including your heart (which is a muscle). Without enough calcium your heart can stop...
