Right side daily headache and no diagnose

My headaches are definitely made worse by neck and shoulder muscle spasms. My muscles in those areas are often like ropes. Trigger point injections help in addition to Botox. My last Botox doc did hit up the muscles in my neck and shoulders. For me it helped a lot. Only thing is if the doc isn’t comfortable using Botox in those areas and uses it in too many muscles, it effects the use of your neck. It paralyzes the muscles injected, so if a lot of neck muscles don’t work you can’t hold your head up in certain positions. I only had this happen once, but it made it so I had to hold my head with my ponytail while leaning over to brush my teeth. It was fine standing or sitting, only a problem leaning over. Make sure your doc has used it in those areas. When mine knew what he was doing it worked great and helped a lot.

My shoulders and neck are always tight especially my right shoulder feels like a rock. I have been exercising to strengthen muscles for the past thee months and I still feel the same. Muscle relaxers don’t work either. The doctor did botox on me on my shoulders neck and head and it made me worse. The pain is always on my right side from my shoulders neck to right side of head. What is weird is that once in a while my right side clears, no pain, but I have a stiff left shoulder with a left top headache. I haven’t found a medicine that works yet for me.

It’s very frustrating for me that the wrong information is being given out here. Botox paralyzes a muscle and makes it unable to be used until the Botox wears off. Please instead of deleting my post look it up
