I can tell that you are very worried about your girlfriend possibly being pregnant. The cramping she is feeling may be implantation cramping, when the embryo attaches to the uterus, or it could be totally unrelated. I would suggest she call the doctors office where she gets her birth control pills subscribed to speak to a nurse or get an appointment.
If she is pregnant, I encourage both of you to talk with your parents. Do you think you could do that?

Is it possible for these cramps to occur so soon, though? And since it was pre-ejaculate combined with birth control are the pregnancy chances low anyways?

Hi, @pepper2001 -- From the activity you describe, I would think that the likelihood of pregnancy is low; however, I'm not a medical professional. Cramping between periods can be caused by many things. If the cramping persists, your girlfriend should seek professional medical advice.

If she gets her period this month, is she most likely not pregnant?

Especially to note are these sentences: If ovulation takes place and the egg isn't fertilized, the lining of the uterus sheds through the vagina. This is a menstrual period.

These sentences in the article may be especially helpful: Pregnancy occurs if the egg is fertilized by a sperm cell and attaches to the uterine wall. If the egg isn't fertilized it breaks apart, hormone levels drop and the thickened lining of the uterus is shed through the vagina. This is a period.

@pepper2001 I know this is a scary time. I commend you for being proactive and to reaching out to our Connect community. My thoughts are similar to that of @lisalucier. Your girlfriend could take a pregnancy test and get results. An important statement here is this sentence in the article " For the most reliable results, wait to take the test until one week after your missed period."

On October 19th my girlfriend and I were having sex, with a condom with Spermicidal lube - but I didn't ejaculate.

Decided to try again, but with some miscommunication, we briefly penetrated without protection (less than a minute). I put on a condom, but didn't ejaculate again.

The next morning, less than 12 hours later, we took Plan B.

She's due for her period November 7th - is there cause for concern?

I can certainly understand your concerns regarding your experience of unprotected sex. I would encourage you to read the information that Lisa has provided in the link she put in her post.

It is very important that every relationship have good communication, and so very important in area of sexuality. So I would encourage you to speak with your girlfriend regarding your fears and concerns about the unprotected sex experience. Please encourage her to contact her doctor's office and express these concerns. It could be that her doctor would be willing to see you together to discuss this matter.
