Hi, @pepper2001 -- From the activity you describe, I would think that the likelihood of pregnancy is low; however, I'm not a medical professional. Cramping between periods can be caused by many things. If the cramping persists, your girlfriend should seek professional medical advice.

If she gets her period this month, is she most likely not pregnant?

Your girlfriend could take a pregnancy test and get results. An important statement here is this sentence in the article " For the most reliable results, wait to take the test until one week after your missed period."
